Home Editio license expired . Not possible to creae a new one?

Hello,

 

I want to renew my UTM Home Ediiton license, but I can only create a UTM SW Essential Firewall license.

 

How can I create a new Home license with full features? The Support from nsglicensing@sophos.com give me only the url to this forum.

    You have to delete your old licence, then go to the page after the commercial licence generation page. I am going from memory.

    Dont work!

    I use another browser with cleared cache. The old license are deleted. When I create a new one, I must enter a activation key or I can create a UTM SW Essential Firewall license.

     

    But I need a full UTM license.

    Just did it. When you delete the license there should be another box below the "Create a new license" shortcut box on the view license page. That contains all the home license stuff and a link that will automatically generate a new home license.
