My Home Use License Expired Now Nothing Works

The home use license that I had happily been using since 2008 expired. I created a new license in the MyUTM Portal, apparently a "UTM SW Essential Firewall" license, and now nearly all features of the UTM are grayed out including basic protection such as Web Filtering.

How do I get my home use license back?

    Go to the myutm.sophos.com portal, and get a new home license. (delete your old one, then generate a new one). Do not generate a essential license but a UTM home license !

  • <Edit>I now see the separate Create Home License button. The license portal UI is garbage. Why are there multiple create license buttons? There should be a single Create button which initiates the workflow in which you choose the license type you need. Also, why do I have to first delete an EXPIRED home use license, which is useless, before I create a new home use license? Total garbage.</Edit>

     

    I deleted my old home use license. I'm still not given an option to create a new home use license. Only enter some ACT key or a UTM SW Essential Firewall license:
