Hardware Specs for Sophos UTM Install - 2 X HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen9

Question

Hi All, 
 I am about to purchase 2 X HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen9 1U servers with the following specs: 
 
 2 X HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen9
 
 Xeon E5-2620V4 2.1 GHz - 16 GB

2 X HPE Value Endurance Enterprise Value M1 Solid State Drive - 240 GB - SATA 6Gb/S 
 2 X HPE 331T - Network Adapter 
 2 X HPE - Power Supply - Hot-Plug / Redundant - 500 Watt - 564 VA

These are to replace our current 2 servers which were old VM hosts which were much more powerful but now need replacing. 
 Just looking to see if the community think this seems like reasonable specs for 2 servers using HA?

Without detailed information about features and user-count it is complicated to estimate your shopping list. 
 I think the devices should run, but would be oversized for a small office ;-) 
 With CPU E5-2620 and 16 GB RAM you are between SG450 and SG550. (700-5000 user)
