internet down when add policy in web filter in sophos utm 9.0411

Hi Community,

When you add a rule in the web filter the internet drops and goes back up, does anyone know because it is this problem? Or maybe the update made this happen. I am attentive to any help you can give me.

Why not take the issue to your reseller or support for prompt action.

I agree with rfcat_vk, this is an unusual problem. What did Sophos Support say about this, Christian?
