I have registered a new account in myutm.sophos.com, created a license using the license key, then i have added the web filtering and network protection UPG licenses i bought to that license in myutm. I have uploaded the license file to the UTM and it has internet connectivity and can resolve names. It has been connected to the internet for over 1 hour with the license applied but i'm still getting a red cross next to web protection and network protection.
Why would that happen? How do i get the green tick next to Web Protection and Network Protection?
