SSL VPN Users unable to browse Network

I have read other users struggle with this same issue.

I'm currently using Sophos SSL VPN for about 50 users to connect at different times to sync their work data from the field.  After a few weeks of having this enabled, we have had to change our VPN Pool for the SSL VPN connections a few times to sort of "reset" the connections as we were losing the ability to browse the network.  We could ping the devices on the other end, but could not do anything further with it.

Changing the IP pool worked, but that is not how this should be.  We are currently on 9.408-4 and will be upgrading to 9.409-9 this evening.

Has there been any decent fix for this issue?

Thanks in advance,

David

  • David, with that many users, you might want to enlarge "VPN Pool (SSL)" to a /23.  Try 10.242.20.0/23.  Any better luck with that?
