I have tried to install the software appliance on an intel machine and it always gets stuck on detecting other devices. I have tried asg-9.401-11.1.iso and then asg-9.217-3.1.iso. Both fail at the same point. I have tried every forum suggestion and then some. It is on an Asus h170 pro mother board which is a brand new machine. I7-6700, 32 gig ram, 1 tbyte hard drive. Installing from USB using other Linux distribution. Created bootable usb with universal USB installer. I have used this on another PC but it burned in a fire. Any solutions?
