Wireless Connections - Complete Failure

This is my first post in these forums, so excuse me if I'm in the wrong place. We have 12 appliances of the SG 105w, SG 115w and SG 210 variety.

Every 2-6 weeks (varies randomly it appears) we have our built in Wireless Network disconnect all Wireless connections and stop accepting new connections. This is able to be fixed by turning the Wifi connection off and and back on using the software toggle switch. Immediately connections connect again.

This is becoming an annoyance at the field units... has this been addressed or a common problem known?

    Is all of the wireless Sophos 1x5w devices and Sophos access points?  If so, then we'll move this question to that forum.

    Assuming it is Sophos wireless, we really would need to see 50-100 lines from the Wireless Protection log file around the exact time this was noticed.  You might try showing us 100 lines before your restart.

    In any case, have your reseller get Sophos Support involved as this does sound like it could be a bug.
