Change from 1 nuc to another NIC not recognized

Hi guys,

last april i installed my Sophos Home UTM on an intel NUC  i7-5557U  ,  everything has been working since.

now i wanted to change to an intel NUC with an I3-6100U , i copyed the harddrive to a new harddrive and been testing, but the internal Network card from the new nuc is not being reconizied.

is there an option to add it ? or do i have to do an complete reinstallation ( what also fails because the network card is not being seen in the installation)

  • I had a similar issue too with this situation when I wanted another nic card added. I ended up reinstalling UTM ISO on my hardware to get the NIC seen in the setup.

  • you missunderstood what he wants.. not chaning nics in a system... he changed the old NUC to a new NUC (its a small intel box).. and in the new ones nics are not supported by utm installer...
