Sophos Home UTM 9 Distro: How to auto-restart Hardware (PC) after power failure?

Is there a Sophos UTM 9 Home distro setting to that will auto-restart the hardware on which it is installed after a power failure? 
 The specific hardware used is MITXPC's EKNF9GM350 at http://www.mitxpc.com/proddetail.php?prod=EKNF9GM350 . I'm guessing that this is not a hardware setting, however. 
 I am guessing this is a BIOS or firmware type of setting. I would know how to do this on a Windows operating system. However, I have not been able to find out how to do this for the Sophos UTM 9 Home version. I've read through several forums. 
 We travel a lot, but sometimes there are power outages of 9-10 hours after storms (the latest was Hurrican Matthew). Our UPS provides power for about 2 hours, but the cost of a UPS to provide >10 hours of power is prohibitive (well over $1000). Thus, we lose the Sophos UTM (because the hardware does not auto-restart) and we also lose the ability to see the security cameras (due to the Sophos UTM Home being off) until we return home. I'm trying to fix that. 
 Thus: Is there a Sophos UTM 9 Home distro setting to that will auto-restart the hardware on which it is installed after a power failure, and if so, what is it and where can I find it?

This can only be set in hardware (BIOS usually). 
 No OS can do this, since the OS is simply dead. To my knowledge an OS also is not able to adjust the setting in BIOS, that's something you should do yourself. As for your hardware I don't know it, so I can't tell you if it has this feature in its BIOS.
