SG125w and SG310 doesn't find latest Up2Date packages

Both units can't find the latest Up2Date packages.

Our SG105 can update to the latest package just fine, which is currently 9.406-3.

Our SG125w is stuck at 9.404-5. The weird thing is for this one, on the dashboard it says "1 Update(s) available for download". If you click it, there is no package available.

Our SG310 is stuck at 9.311-3.

For both the SG125w and SG310, I have tried to automatically and manually download firmware. I can see that it checks for it (the dashboard says "Last check: 5 minutes ago"). I have tried to download the next in line Up2Date package from ftp.astaro.com/.../ but the installation fails on the SG310; it says it succeeds on the SG125w but it actually does not and it stays at 9.404-5.

All three of these are NFR units, which I don't think matters. Do the SG125w and SG310 use different Up2Date packages?

    I answered my own question.

    The solution is to SSH to the Sophos and force a Up2Date check with this command: sudo /sbin/auisys.plx -rpmargs -force

    You ca use the optional "--verbose" to see whats going on.

    After this you should see many available packages for download.
