Sohpos UTM9 SG230 doesn`t up2date

Question

Hey everyone, 
 
 I have got 2 Sophos UTM9 SG230. 
 Made a backup to a USB-stick and are trying to get the backup to restore on the other sophos. 
 But the problem is that 1 sophos has a higher version 9.4 
 while the other sophos is running at 9.3. 
 to restore the back-up i had to upgrade the sophos verson to 9.4. 
 i downloaded the u2d-sys-9.404005-405005.tgz.gpg , uploaded the file for the manual up2date. 
 the sophos detects the update and succesfully imports, the package is in the overview avialable as an update, when i update it it says "Watchup2date in progress" 
 but after installing the update, the Sophos is still version 9.3 
 
 Can anyone help me out ?

 Try to reimage the UTM on latest firmware. You can refer:

you need to get the 9.3 machine to the right 9.4x level before you can restore an 9.4x backup. 
 look here: 
 http://download.astaro.de/UTM/v9/up2date/ 
 the 9.3x need to be on 9.356003 to update to 9.404005... 
 after you have updated the 9.3x machine to the right level you can restore the backup then.
