The motherboard on my Shuttle PC I was using for my UTM died. I got a new Shuttle PC and moved the hard drive into it thinking I could just get up and running again. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case. I logged in to the console and I no longer have an eth0 and eth1. Rather, I have eth2 and eth3. I tried assigning the internal and external Ethernet devices using the "CC" utility, but to no avail. Logging into the webpage once I assign an IP address to eth2 and eth3 also does not work (I get the "The interface that is used for the current session can not be changed or deactivated or deleted." warning).
Is there any hope here? I do I need to re-install my UTM OS and restore from the latest config backup?
Thanks
EDIT: I was able to change the name of the interfaces by editing the /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules file. However, I am still not able to get them activated with the CC command, or in the web console (web console still says "The interface that is used for the current session can not be deactivated or deleted.")
