[BUG][9.403-4]Java not enabled on ff

This is a strange bug. I have not built a UTM from scratch for awhile. Today, using the 9.403.4 ISO I built a UTM and when I tried to login I received an error message that java was not enabled on my browser. I terestingly I can login to the my other UTM 9.4s without this error message. They were all built using the up2date process.
