Will not install in vmware workstation 12

I am unable to install sophos utm 9 on  vmware. I am using vmware workstation 12. I have searched the web trying to resolve this issue with no luck. Any suggestions ?

    I was able to install sophos utm 9 but unable to connect to the vm. I used 192.168.2.100:4444

    Ah, you did not say that to start with, you said you could not install it. if it is installed then you cannot connect to the internal interface.

    Please tell us what way are the interfaces setup on the VM in Hardware settings?

    one will most likely be NAT' - thats usual the Gateway interface. but please list "Both" interfaces and settings for that VM
