Will not install in vmware workstation 12

I am unable to install sophos utm 9 on  vmware. I am using vmware workstation 12. I have searched the web trying to resolve this issue with no luck. Any suggestions ?

    I just tried doing that now.  worked fine.

    download Software UTM ISO, start VMWare workstation, create new VM select Installer Disc Image file (iso) to path/file of Sophos ISO image, click next. select Linux versions whatever.....(debain x64 is what i selected), next then next again,, next, then customise hardware, add ram, cpu network adaptors, then finish.

    then start the VM. it will load the ISO and start the installation.  worked just fine here.
