Sophos Sandstorm disabled for Home UTM 9.4 users

Hi,

that question has been asked a number of times with the same argument. There are no plans to give home users access to sandstorm.

Home users will probably never see it... For us commercial users we have to pay extra on top of all of our other licenses in order to get Sandstorm.

I can confirm no sandstorm for home users.  Still considering they are giving away the rest for free I expected sometime in the future they would start doing greater differentiation between home and paid licenses.

Sophos is not giving home users the option of even paying for Sandstorm. I think not offering Sandstorm is a mistake because modern malware is successfully evading AV engines much of the time. I do a lot of threat research and understand that features like Sandstorm are very necessary anymore.

sophos has never given home users the ability to upgrade by paying.   I have a sophos utm at the edge(I ran it as a home user for a long time..as a partner i now have a partner license).  here's a recent post that talks about my basics of not getting infected..:)
