Silencing the UTM 220 Power Supply

I have replaced the 2 rear cooling fans in my UTM 220. This lowered the noise level to about half of what it was originally. But what to do about the equally noisy fan in the power supply? Should I replace the fan or just get a new PSU?

Has anyone opened up the power supply and checked out if the fan can be replaced?
