XG-85 Doesn't support UTM 9?

We received a few units to test out at our office and it appears that the XG 85 doesn't support UTM 9? Without a video connection I am unable to actually see what is going on but it appears to get to the install screen and stops. If you press a key on a keyboard it will reboot and try again.

Does the newest release of UTM 9 not support the XG 85? I know it works fine on the XG 125.

I'm just trying to get a good baseline of what is supported.

    I figured the eMMC would be causing an issue so I even attached a SATA HDD to the system (it has a sata port) and was unable to get it to install to that also so its not a storage issue. As stated it should be 100% support in 9.4 and I will test this other solution I have received tonight.

    As for logging the unit is mainly for very small businesses so I am not really concerned about long term logging even if I could get a week of logging I would be happy.
  • Great stuff! Just remember to change the logging settings in Logging & Reporting to not shut down and/or delete oldest log files. I think it's default on 95% to just shutdown the unit.
