Current Pattern Version 0 after migrating to new hardware

What happens when you click on 'Update patterns now'?

It never appears to download the updated patterns.  The previous Up2Date Log was from earlier today on the new system.  I just ran the executive report and it shows that since the server came online it has had 80.3MB of data with Sophos UTM Up2Date.  It looks like it may be updating, but the admin page stills shows Pattern Version 0.  Is there a way by SSHing into the box that I can see actual pattern version?

What result do you get from version at the console?  Are you sure that the UTM is communicating with the internet?

I left the up2date log running for the past 5 hours and just came back and found out it finally downloaded the patterns. No idea why it took a few hours to finally download them.  Thanks for the help Bob.

I have installed  on my own hardware with firmware version  9.408

(Version 9.409-9 does not reboot afer first installation).

The Configuation ist new (NO import of configfiel from my old one)

Then the Update to 9.409-9 is running and finished succesfully.

But now I see on der Dashboard Pattern version: 0

What could be wrong ?

incl. restoring the config.
Now I get the Patternversion 115838 and I could get an
