Wont boot unless running from Recovery

I have been having an issue where when I do a normal boot it will get stuck at a message saying "Waiting for device /dev/disk/by-label/root to appear!" There is much more that is says, I will attach a picture of an error. As of now, the only way for me to boot without issue is with using the recovery option, then it boots and everything works.

    interesting. I may have to run a hard drive diagnostics test. Everything runs fine after I boot into recovery. It has been like this for roughly the last month. I'm sort of a noob with all of this, and I have only been using Sophos UTM for 2 months.
