up2date 7.011 failed

Up2Date prefetch failed: All 12 Authentication Servers failed

 tried, but nothing

    Your ASG can't connect to the download servers, therefore you can't download up2date packages, therefore you can't update (to 7.011, I assume). As far as I can see this is not linked to any up2date package. 
    Alarm signal received hints to a timeout while trying to access them, you should check your network infrastructure and packetfilter rules. You need HTTP and HTTPs access to the download servers for a successful download.

    Thanks for answer, my problem was that I am practicing with the Astaro and not publish my Astaro in the network ...

    Hello

    I need help for install the up2date 7.011. I've tried it automatically and manually. But the error is allways the same: Installation failed.

    The attached file is a copy of live log.

    Please help me, because I only use the GUI and have no idea of Linux...[:S]

    Go to management >> system and setting >> shell access
    You give your password to user ssh
    Entering the console linux
    You fall as root depending distribution using this, then fall to ssh linux amounts to your ip address of your astaro, (example: ~ # ssh loginuser@192.168.1.1) then you fall to root linux (example: ~ su-root) Login after you give the following command (: ~ # auisys.plx -- rpmargs -- force)

    Apologies to post wore a space over the mine up if they realize that without space, and even what I nickname, happening in the movies happening everywhere, setting an update on an area of more get an error rpm linux, I am sorry

    Does doing this in this fashion void support?  I ask because it says specifically that it does when logging in through SSH.
