Up2Date from 9.712-13 to 9.712-19 fails

Hello Community,

for weeks now i try to install the latest update from 9.712-13 to 9.712-19 via Up2Date, but it keeps failing.

I tried using the GUI, updating to the release that already was automatically fetched by Up2Date.

I then also downloaded the update sparately, uploaded it and then tried to apply it.

Nevertheless, the result always is: "Pre-Installation checks fail"
