 Anyone who knows where to download the site secure2.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/sophos-utm-home-edition/download.aspx redirects to sophos xg now

Again, incorrect. 
 Sophos MyUTM Licensing Portal 
 If you are renewing a license, delete your old one and obtain a new license file. They have to be renewed every three years, even though they are free for home use. Download the new license file and upload it to your UTM.
