FYI - Contacted Support and this is "Normal"
When failing over from Master to Slave you need to wait about 5-10 minutes for a freshly created backup to properly sync over to that Slave that is becoming the new Master. If you are scheduling downtime to do some sort of outage, certainly download the created backup to avoid it disappearing like it does for me on the CLI and web interface. If you wait beyond 10 minutes, no issue. But if you simply create a backup and then fail it over, it will be gone.
