DOES SOPHOS UTM BENEFITS FROM vPRO and TSX-NI instructions?

Hi,

I'm looking to replace my mainboard SUPERMICRO A1SRi - 2758F-O with a SUPERMICRO X11SCL-IF.

For the CPU I'm undecided between XEON E-2124 and I3-9100F...the second cost half money but doesn't have vPRO , TXS-NI and Intel Trusted Execution Technology.

Does SOPHOS UTM actually benefit from these instructions or not ? (at code level I mean)
