ZBox 327 Nano LAN/WAN Performance

Hallo

Ich setze hier eine ZBox CI327Nano als UTM9.6 Home Edition ein.

Ich habe das Problem das ich bei meiner 200/20 MBit Leitung durch die Box nur maximal 50/20 Mbit bekomme.

Auf alter SG320 Hardware sind die vollen 200 MBit möglich, bei gleicher Konfiguration.

RAM und CPU sind nach Dashboard nicht ausgelastet.

Hat hier wer eine Idee woran das liegen kann ?

How fast are you running the processor? The 320 had a 2.6GHz dual-core Pentium.

In any case, Snort is a single-threaded process, so to give your quad-core Celeron a real test, you will want to run simultaneous tests from 4 different devices.

Hallo

Die ZBOX hat einen 4 Core 1,1 GHz Celeron, ich habe aber nicht das Gefühl das die ausgelastet sind.

Kann es eher an den Realtec NIC liegen ?

Laut Sophos: RTL8111/8168/8411

Mit einer AXIS USB NIC ist der Durchsatz noch langsamer... was mich aber nicht wundert.

With 1.1GHz, I wouldn't expect much more than the 50/20 you're getting, but the Realteks are known to cause such issues with UTM. What throughput do you get when you disable Intrusion Prevention?

IPS ist schon aus, eigentlich habe ich außer Networksecurity und NAT alles ab gestellt.

Ich denke ich suche mir eine alternative Hardware dafür.
