Sophos SG450 How to Upgrade from 9.0 to 9.5

 I would like to upgrade the SG450 from 9.0 to 9.5. Please suggest the step for the upgrade that firmware.

    - Backup your configuration

    - get iso of the version you want to install

    - install iso on the SG

    - restore your configuration

    You could use alternative the Up2date function in your GUI, but this is a huge step, so I would prefer the new installation.

    Cannot install from tbe current UTM GUI, although the install does use a web  page.  You must boot from CD using an external CD drive.

    He is right.  New install is hours faster and produces a configuration without uphrade baggage.

    Hi, your first post here -welcome to the UTM Community!

    Agreed with these guys - you probably want to get several configuration backups off your 9.0 UTM and install from ISO.

    Apparently, you have selected "Manual" for 'Firmware Download Interval' in Up2Date.  Don't change that!  There are dozens of Up2Dates that would be downloaded and your \ partition will be filled, possibly taking your UTM down.  What result do you get at the command line for the following?

    ls /var/up2date/sys
