Subscriptions: Base Functionality, Network Protection, & Web Protection

Right on the Dashboard page under "Version Information" there is a red link called "8 update(s) available for download", when I click on them it brings me to the "Up2Date" page where it states my firmware is up to date, however, there is not any indication/communication of any updates at all?
Things I've looked at so far:
-made sure the firewall has complete access to the public Internet
-checked the logs of the firewall that sits between this firewall and the public Internet, discovered multiple "Protocol Error code=403" to destination addresses such as "http://us2.utmu2d.sophos.com/asg/v9/ohelp9/u2d/-ohelp-9.139-1055.patch.tgz.gpg"
-verified other sophos firewalls within our network are not experiencing the same issue and they are not
Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.
