Licensing Subscription Expired: Unable to save product items in prestashop Ecommerce Site

Hi,

 

Does the expired licensing subscriptions of CR25ing affects the internet performance? or blocking some sites because of the expired modules? because we are working on our Pretashop E-commerce website, i can't save any changes of my work the browser is keep on spinning forever. i tried in other browsers but the same issues, when i try to work on other networks it is working fine. i check all the configurations of the firewall, seems nothing wrong. internet connection are stable.

can you help me figure this out please.
