Migrating from UTM 320 to SG 330. Version problem

Hi

 

I want to migrate my Sophos UTM 320 to a SG 300. Im trying to backup my UTM config and restore it on my new device, but the versions are not compatible.

UTM 320 --> 9.509-3

SG 300 --> 9.502-4

 

Do I have to manually redo the whole config (if so, is there a prefered order?), or is there a trick to get the config to load on the SG330?

    Hi Pierre-Alexandre,

    just install the latest Updates on the SG 330 or do an reinstall with the hardware iso 9.509 from Sophos.

    If your new hardware got version 9.509 you can load your backup in your device.
