ASG Home Use License expired renew?

Hi all!

I didn't find a answer for my problem where ASG Home Use License expired.

I recently got this message and I didn't manage to find some answer here or by contacting the Sophos customcare.

Sophos customcare reject to help me because I only had the home use licence and ask me to find answer her on this community.

I did try to find some answer here before I contacted them but didn't find some answer.

 

So if someone that having this same issue the way to "renew" is:

  1. Login to your account at: https://myutm.sophos.com
  2. Click on "License Management" at the top right corner
  3. Click on your "UTM Home Use License"
  4. Delete the "old" licence
  5. Create new "UTM Home Use License"
  6. Download Licence file
  7. Upload the file to your Sophos UTM Webadmin

    Please see the below instructions:

    i. Log in to your MyUTM Account (https://myutm.sophos.com)

    ii. On the upper right side click 'License Management'. Scroll down to the 'Home User License’ section of the page

    iii. Click the license ID to open license information.

    iv. Scroll down to the 'Action' section of the page then click 'Delete License'. It will advise you that license will be expired. Click 'Ok expire license'. The system will automatically route you to the license management page of the website.

    v. Scroll down to 'Home User License’ section of the page, then click 'Create License'.
    The system will generate a new Home User License.

    vi. Click on the license ID then scroll to ‘Actions’ then select ‘Download License File’
    save and upload to your UTM appliance.

    Second option:

    Download Sophos UTM Home Edition and follow instructions:
    https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/sophos-utm-home-edition/download.aspx
