Sophos UTM9 License renewal

Hallo,

Need a help please,

Today I received the license serial key for my web server protection license renewal from Orange Cybersecurity, and I don't know what the next step is. Shall I enable it somewhere, or will Orange Cybersecurity do it?

    If you got a license file in the form:

    -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
...
-----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

    that's the license file and can directly applied.

    If you got just a License key in the Form ACT-XXXXXXXX-xxxxxxxx, you need to apply it here.

    Make sure to select the right License to apply the renewal to.

    Hi Alpha,

    same for me. I just got my License Certificate for the SG105, different then the last times it now comes without the key itself and the advise to install the key. Maybe it is the same for you.

    I wonder if this is dependend to this:

    But looking on a another topic in the community, it will show the new license in the MyUTM.

    Did you check that? 

    My old Reseller does not give me Access to MyUTM and could not transfer the license to my own MyUTM Account.

    Also wenn unter Seriennummer nichts steht, dann sollte daneben in dieser Tabelle ein Anfangs-/ und Ablaufdatum stehen. Dies bedeutet, soweit ich das richtig verstehe, dass Sophos die Lizenz selbst erneuert.

    Ansonsten wäre wie (bei mir jetzt der Fall) im letzten Jahr noch eine Anleitung zum Upgrade in der Lizenz PDF enthalten:

    "Lizenz upgraden oder verlängern
Wenn Sie eine vorhandene Lizenz aktualisieren oder erneuern müssen oder nur UPG-XXXXXXXX-Lizenzschlüssel von uns erhalten haben:
1. Melden Sie sich unter https://myutm.sophos.com an.
2. Klicken Sie auf License Management.
3. Klicken Sie auf die Lizenz, die Sie upgraden möchten. Klicken Sie auf Apply Upgrade Key und geben Sie einen Lizenzschlüssel ein.
Wiederholen Sie diesen Schritt, wenn Sie weitere Lizenzschlüssel für diese Lizenz erhalten haben.
4. Klicken Sie auf Download License File und speichern Sie die Datei.
5. Laden Sie die Lizenzdatei auf Ihre UTM-Appliance. Im WebAdmin wählen Sie die Registerkarte Installation unter Management
>Licensing."
