Webfilter UTM O365 Installer Problem - Ausnahmen sind definiert - Transparent Modus DNS Gruppe eingetragen - geht trotzdem nicht.

Hallo Zusammen,

leider komme ich mit dem Thema nicht weiter. Mit aktiviertem Webfilter auf einer SG230 kann ich aktuell kein Office 365 Installer erfolgreich laufen lassen.

Ausnahem sind drin: Sophos Firewall: Configure web exceptions for Office 365

Zusätzlich habe ich noch das gemacht: DNS Gruppe officecdn.microsoft.com.edgesuite.net im Transparent Modus eingetragen

(1) Webfilter Problem bei Office Download, obwohl ausreichend Exceptions vorhanden sind. - German Forum - UTM Firewall - Sophos Community

Deaktiviere ich den Webfilter - funktioniert der Installer.

hat noch jemand einen Tipp für mich?

    This is what I use for MS/Office and don't appear to have any issues.

    It allows the install and the updates.

     (Bitte auf Deutsch weiterhin.)

    They should change it!

  • It works great for me, unfortunately it doesn't for you.  Do you have some Country Blocking enabled?  What do your logs show you when you run the installer?  I am assuming you are able to download the actual installation fine, but updating Office is not working correctly.  Are you looking at your Network Protection and Web Filtering log while attempting to update? Are you using the correct expressions for the URLs?

    You might also need to add 'officeapps.live.com' to this list that I provided.
