Sophos UTM / SG230 Quarantine Folder

Hi,

we dont use user reports for quarantined email. Instead I wrote a script which looks into the folder:

 /var/storage/chroot-smtp/spool/quarantine/1

If there are objects inside - my staff gets an email and can investigate using web-mailmanager

That worked flawless for the last few years - but it looks like something has changed. Right now there are no objects inside this folder anymore, even if there are quarantiend mails.

So my question is - where are the quarantined objects now? I would like to adapt my script if that is possible.

  • Hallo and welcome to the UTM Community!

    Try  /var/storage/chroot-smtp/spool/quarantine/0

Also, you will always want to include the exact version in your initial posts, like 9.707, that you're running.

    Cheers - Bob
