WLAN-Client sperren/kicken

Hallo,

wir betreiben diverse WLAN auch eins über Voucher. Wie kann ich einen Nutzer aus dem WLAN kicken bzw. sperren? Wenn ich die MAC-Adresse des Geräts der Blacklist des WLAN hinzufüge ändert das nichts. Gibt es noch eine einfacherer Möglichkeit außer den Traffic von und zur MAC-Adresse in Firewall-Regeln zu blockieren?

Please insert a picture of the 'MAC filtering type' and 'MAC Addresses' from the 'Advanced' section of the Edit of your Wireless Network'.

Martin, are you certain that the MAC address is correctly entered in "Gesperte WLAN-Nutzer"? Have you compared it to what's in the Wireless Protection log?

Ja, ist ja auch relativ einfach ;)
Mir fehlt einfach irgendwo ein Button oder Befehl oder ähnliches das ich eine MAC kicken kann. Ich weiß leider auch nicht wie es sich verhält wenn sich der User ausloggt und dann probiert sich neu zu verbinden.

That should work just as you have it configured. This feels like a bug, so Sophos Support should take a look. Have you opened a case with Support?
