Wie lange hält der Mail-Manager die emails?

Hallo,

uns ist unserer emailserver abgestürzt. Das Backup wird ca. einen Tag dauernd. Auf der UTM sind jetzt alle mails im wartend Zustand, da der Server ja nicht erreichbar ist.
Wie lange macht sie das bis sie eine Unzustellbarkeitsnachricht zurück schickt? Finde dazu nirgends eine Antwort.

I have expsrience indicating that UTM retries outgoing mail for the IETF recommendation of 4 days. I expect incoming mail is handled the same way.

Thank you for your fast response. Hope it will, in the case the ex backup takes longer as expected.

By that way, is it possible to give Users access to the mail manager, so they can at least read their mails? I see that in the user portal there are not visible in mailprotocoll options.
I suppose it is only possible if I gave them admin rights on the whole utm?

User portal is for managing personal whitelist/blacklist, it does not give access to mail manager.

I do not believe that Mail Manager can be tailored to a single user's message list.
