STAS on UTM 9.405-5

Hello! I'm trying to enable Sophos Transparent Authentication Suite on my UTM 9.405-5, but when I enable on the UTM, on the client authentication log, i get the message: "Sending message STA_IS_ACTIVE failed Operation not permitted", and then, my UTM can't get the collectors data. Did anyone have this problem?

Do you install the agent at your Domain-Controllers an select these within settings?
