I wrote at nsglicensing@sophos.com right now (maybe twice), following your words as I have not find anythings about SOPHOS policies for the home user licenses.
My license will expire this month on 26th..so..crossfingers

For the home license you need to login to the sophos license environment and then first DELETE the expired license. Only then will you be able to create a new home use license.

I did in that way. no license like mine..just one with very basic things,.,..so...does anyone of the ADMINS can renew my license ?
I do not know if policies had changed, so if they are different from the ones in the time I'd created my actual license :
Do I need to pay for a new home user license like the one I'm using now expiring on 26th of this month?
Please let me know in the right time so I can decide what to do.
All in all I'm using this firewall from 2001..and I will continue to use it until will be possible.

I have used the search function of the FORUM but haven't find anythings about the right way...
in the meantime I sended a email to nsglicensing@sophos.com and they answered me few minutes ago...now I have the right way to create a new one.
