Certificate issue

I'm using Sophos UTM 9 Firewall and recently I've faced the following issue with site certificate which is (" Certificate is not valid")

i tried this solution in this link but still it doesn't work

what should i do to resolve this issue?

if you mean that i use UTM 9 as a proxy for company's Devices then yes

You need to deploy the proxy certificate CA to your user's browsers

OK, this is a different story: you want to access Web-Admin on port 4444. This one does not use the proxy at all.

You have to get the "WebAdmin certificate CA" and import it to your browser.

I don't want to offend you, but are you sure, you did it the right way?

You tell us "I did it", but we do not know where you have a problem following the guides or docs.

Otherwise, if you strictly followed the docs or KB articles, this would work.

sorry for this I'm not much familiar with sophos.

nut as i mentioned i followed this steps exactly

and then i imported the certificate and install for the browser from this section ( image attached)

Please show us a screenshot of your browsers info windows for the details of the certificate, when navigating to the WebAdmin-Portal Login.
