I am reaching out because I require assistance with a particular issue. My aim is to install knowBe4 PAB (Phish Alert Button) for Outlook 2019, but I am encountering difficulties during the installation process. Each time I attempt to install the application, it becomes blocked by the firewall, Sophos UTM 9.
Upon analyzing the packet captures, I have noticed that the 407 errors are consistently appearing. These errors seem to be associated with authentication problems via a proxy. More specifically, I am receiving a "407 Proxy Authentication Required" message.
If you have any suggestions or recommendations on how to overcome this obstacle, I would greatly appreciate your input.
