Sending email from outside IPs as from inside IPs

Hello!
We would like to send emails as user1@ourcompany.com not from our company IPs but from the other. If we try to do so, emails get blocked which is normal behavior. Is it possible to make some exception to make this work?
I found one workaround that might work, but I just want to check if something else is also available:
Thanks!

I don't understand "not from our company IPs but from the other."  What is "other?"

Where do "emails get blocked" - inbound or outbound from/to whom?

    Cheers - Bob
