Sophos VPN Connect Service stopped


I have installed the new Sophos VPN Connect 2.9 on some machine. But the Service stopped after some days and we cannot start the VPN. I started the service again but it stopped after one minute.

If I uninstall the VPN Connect and install again, the service started and stay online.

any Idea?

  • Did you check the Windows Event Viewer to see if the service is stopping for a particular reason?

    Version of UTM - 9.714?

    I've seen another thread recently with the same issue.  Did you try deleting the credentials in Connect?  What about deleting the connection in Connect and then importing a new one?
