Changing RED settings from Standard/unified to standard/split.

I need to move my RED from a standard/unified to standard/split so the remote office can use their onsite isp for internet and tunnel back to main office for file server data. I switched it yesterday evening and today the users could gain access. I switch back to standard/unified and they were back online. I think I should have put a route in the red device.

Main office network 192.168.0.x and remote office 172.16.15.x which route should I put in the red so they can function?

192.168.0.x?

172.16.15.x?

or both?
