Time Period Groups instead of seperate time period definitions

I would like to create a time period group instead of having a seperate time period definition for each time period.

Instead of having separate time periods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ect. Is there way to create a group with time periods in it? 

This would make firewalls rules simpler.

Example, if I only wanted users to be able to access a VPN, SMB, or FTP server during certain times, it would be easier to have all of those times as a group, rather than creating seperate firewall rules for each time period. And vice versa, creating time period to block access to internal servers, like during scheduled maintenance as opposed to having many separate firewall rules for each time period.
