I can make sftp connectio to Sophos UTM from Windows butnot MacOS

I tried to make sftp connection to transfer logs to utm but i receive this errors and i can make sftp to regular servers but not utm. Yes I gave direct root permission to and i also can directly login as a root from my mac.

    And I always thought you could only access the system with "loginuser" via SSH.

    What did you change?
