Send Email only on one IP Public

Hello I have a problem with sending email from my server to all domain

this detail case  :
I have 3 ISPs, they can be called ISP A, ISP B and ISP C
for the current settings , if outbound email uses ISP A . all emails can be sent smoothly.

but if ISP A is on ethernet 2 and I disable the multipath rule, I try to disable it, emails pile up in the queue

I've made a clone on NAT and SNAT running on ISP A, but it still doesn't work

is there any missing part for how i can send emial via isp other than isp A ?

thanks
