Let's Encrypt not working with latest updates and patterns

Firmware version: 9.710-1

I have a test UTM (fresh setup using latest ISO) and my production UTM failing to be able to enable Let's Encrypt.
I have tried all the fixes and workarounds posted in KB and the forums.

Anyone else having this issue?
Any other workarounds to try?

  • I read in the KB that the cert issue was fixed in pattern updates.
Is there a way to reapply patterns updates to allow UTM to fix itself?
Adding the certs manually does not work.

For clarity theses are the logs posted when you try to enable.

I Create account: creating new Let's Encrypt acccount
E Create account: Incorrect response code from ACME server: 500
E Create account: URL was: acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory
E Create account: TOS_UNAVAILABLE: Failed to retrieve the current Terms of Service URL
E Create account: failed to create account

  • I found part of the problem. I had IPv6 enabled on the external interface but the address was not routing.
As soon as I disable IPv6 I could enable Let's Encrypt and renew certificates.
