Dears,
We have some hosted servers on the cloud, however, we are not able to create any VM on the cloud from the internal network
we opened a case with the cloud support, his reply was that the sophos is denying the access to full website functionality that helps us to see every detail in the process of creating a new VM
we created a new web filter profile and allowed all traffic from the local network to the destination web site, however same issue appeared.
we tried to Test this from outside of the local Network and no issues appeared.
can any one help me to know how to open all services for the cloud website?
