9.708 withdrawn?

Hi all,

recently released version 9.708 is suddenly missing from https://download.astaro.com/#UTM/v9/up2date/ . Does anybody know what happened? Was this version withdrawn due to some issue?

I decided to do upgrade this evening, but now I am unsure whether it is a good idea.

Brgds,

Ondrej

  • The last Update-File I see is 9.707... Also 3 of 5 our clusters updated through the up2date mechanism (on 08.Dec.2021), but the other 2 can't find the update. I think the missing files are the reason.

  • Then there must be a problem with your browser or something.

The 707-708 update is the very last item on the last page, so there is no missing files.

  • Hi, my system has not downloaded the update either.

  • Hi Amodin, I see. I misinterpreted the version numbers. The mentioned version is in my screeshot I had sorted the objects from latest down to oldest. Thank you. But I still don't understand why two of my clusters don't get the update through the up2date-service.

  • Sophos use staged rollout ... may need some time all devices got the new version.

  • Sometimes that just happens, and it will finally get it from deployment on the staged rollout, or it may not get it at all (I've had that issue before, had to end up redoing my UTM to make it work again).

You can either wait for the rollout to finally hit your UTM, or just download it and install it manually.  Slight smile
